When: Saturday November 16, 2019, 9am – 4pm

Registration and check in: Downstairs Gym (accessible from parking lot) please park in the lower spaces

Booth Spaces are 10X10

Cost: $45 or Early Bird Special $40 Pay by Oct 15 th !


One in 700 children are affected by cleft lip and palate in the Denver Area. This birth defect causes difficulty swallowing,

feeding and other speech difficulties in children. Most cleft affected children will go through an average of 10 surgeries

throughout their life to correct this issue. Dash for Smiles helps the families and children get through this costly and

stressful time. We are the only non-profit based in Colorado that raises money and awareness for cleft effected children.

We have raised over $100,000 over the last 9 years for Children’s Hospital and Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children. We

cannot thank you enough for participating in our vendor event. You are helping a child change his/her smile!

Our craft/vendor event is on November 16, 2019 at Arvada Covenant Church located on 5555 Ward Rd, Arvada, CO

80002. Booth size is 10x10 but if you need something larger please let us know! We are also asking for a silent auction

basket or item ($10 value) to auction off on the day of the event. Our goal is to raise more than $3,000!!

We are accepting applications for all vendors, handcrafted, direct sales, and commercial vendors are all welcome!! All are

responsible for their own display items and electric cords (if applicable) You may begin setting up as early as 7am. Any

crafter that arrives after 8:30 will forfeit their booth assignments. Vendors can do a "soft pack up" starting at 3:30pm. This

means back stock and extras can be put away and you can start preparing to pack your booth. Please do not take down

your signs, or the bulk of your inventory. Please have your booth look like a functioning booth until 4:00pm.

You are responsible for manning your own booths, collecting money and taxes from sales and remitting tax money to the

proper agency. The church’s WIFI will also be available to all crafters. We will be charging $10 for electricity (please

bring your own cords). Limited Outlets available, first come, first serve.

We will be posting on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Next-door, Craigslist, etc. We do have a large following in the Denver

Market so please feel free to promote. Please let us know if you need anything to promote the event flyers etc. Check us

To Reserve a booth please return the registration form with a check no later than October 30, 2019. Remaining spaces

will be assigned on first come, first serve basis.
